Return and Withdrawal Policy – Intemporelle Boutique

At Intemporelle Boutique, your satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a defective product or change your mind, you have clear rights under French law.


1. Defective or Non-Conforming Product

If you notice a manufacturing defect or if the product received does not match your order:

Attach photos/videos of the product, packaging, and accurately describe the problem.

Our customer service will inform you of the procedure for a return or exchange.

Once the product is returned, it will be inspected. If the defect is confirmed, you can choose between:

  • An exchange for a product of equivalent value (subject to availability),

  • A full refund of the amount paid (excluding any express delivery costs).

In this case, return shipping costs will be covered by Intemporelle Boutique.


2. Right of Withdrawal (Change of Mind)

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the product to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason or pay any penalty.

Conditions:

  • The product must be returned in its original, unused condition, with its packaging intact.

  • The return must be reported by email to: contact@intemporelleboutique.com

  • You have 14 days after notification to return the product to our warehouses.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refund:

  • The refund will be processed within 14 days from the receipt of the product or proof of its shipment.

  • The refund includes the price of the product and standard delivery costs (if applicable).

  • The refund will be made via the same payment method used for the purchase.

  • We reserve the right to defer the refund until receipt of the goods or proof of shipment.


3. Refusal of Return / Withdrawal

A return may be refused if:

  • The product has been used or damaged,

  • The original packaging is missing or damaged,

  • The return is made after the deadline.

In this case, the product will be returned to the customer, and re-shipping costs may be charged.


4. Damaged Products Upon Delivery

If you receive a visibly damaged package:

  • Refuse delivery and inform us immediately.

  • If a third party receives the package in your absence, they must check the condition of the package before signing.

A new product will then be sent to you free of charge.


5. Orders Canceled Before Shipment

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of validation, as long as the package has not yet been shipped.

  • If payment has not been debited, cancellation is immediate and free of charge.

  • If payment has been made, a refund will be initiated according to standard procedures.


6. Return Address

Returns must be sent to the address communicated to you by our customer service. No package will be accepted without prior authorization.


General Provisions

This policy complies with the provisions of the French Consumer Code.
