How long does it take to receive my order?
Delivery time is 1 to 3 weeks after payment is received. Generally, our deliveries are made in 30 business days or less.
After order confirmation, it is processed and shipped within a maximum of 5 business days.

Will my order be delivered to my home?
Yes, most orders are delivered to the address provided. However, in some cases, it may be necessary to collect your parcel from a local post office, for example if the address is not found or after several unsuccessful delivery attempts.
Please track your parcel with the provided tracking code to avoid it being returned to the sender if it remains awaiting collection for too long.
I entered the wrong address, what can I do?
Most orders are shipped the next day.
