    Origin of Shipments

    The items offered on our site are not stored in France. They are shipped directly from the workshops of our partners located in the United States, China, Germany, and Sweden.

    Estimated Delivery Times

    The average delivery time is 1 to 3 weeks, depending on various factors, including:

    • The operation of local postal services

    • Customs checks

    • Social movements (strikes)

    • Or any other event beyond our control

    Tracking Number

    Each order includes a tracking number sent by email within 7 business days after purchase. This number allows you to track the package's journey, from shipment to delivery.

    Delivery Methods

    Delivery is handled by the local postal service (e.g., La Poste or Colissimo in France). In case of absence or delivery restrictions, a delivery notice may be left for pickup at a post office or relay point.

    Based on our experience, 85% of orders are delivered within 30 days after shipment.

    Multiple Orders

    If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately. A separate tracking number will be provided for each package.

    Delivery Address

    Please carefully check the address provided when placing your order.
    After 24 hours after validation, no modifications can be taken into account.

    Similarly, once this period has passed, order cancellation will no longer be possible, as logistical processing will have already begun.

    International Tracking

    Due to the international nature of our shipments, the tracking number may take between 5 to 20 business days to appear on local carrier platforms.
    Any damage due to transportation is the responsibility of the logistics provider.

    Incorrect Address / Package Return

    In case of an incorrect or incomplete address, and if the package is returned to the sender, re-shipment costs will be borne by the customer.
    The delivery time will restart from the re-shipment date.

    Customs and Taxes

    As an import, any order may be subject to customs duties or taxes imposed by the French authorities.
    These charges remain the responsibility of the customer.
